The enjoyment of wine... I have been involved with the wine trade ever since leaving University in 1995 and have seen the business from all side both as buyer and salesman, drinker and collector. When I worked selling wines to restaurants I became frustrated with the stagnation that happened in so many establishments with lists only changing once or twice a year. I also became aware of the intimidating aspects of lists. This is why we sell our wine differently. We have over 100 wines on the walls in our cosy wine room, all with little descriptive tags and prices. These wines change every week as we explore the wonderful world of wine with help from our merchants Corney and Barrow, Enotria Winecellars, Morris and Verdin, Wine Treasury, New Generation Wines, Chapel Down and many others.
