This is the area at the heartland of Tuscany that acts as ambassador for the rest of the region. Italy's most important and historic wine estates are here and we invite you to taste the best.

30th July – Wednesday – Anything but Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand!
Over the last twenty years, New Zealand has become the world's best producer of Sauvignon Blanc but what about all the other great wines they make both red and white? Come and try some tonight.

17th August - Sunday – Australian Outdoor Barbecue Special Evening
We will have a marquee in the garden for tonight so we can have an event that the weather cannot spoil! The chefs will use our outdoor BBQ pit for butterflied legs of lamb, seafood skewers and sausages and we will taste six Australian wines.

27th August – Wednesday – Pinot Grigio Night
Over the last couple of years (with the help of Terry Wogan!) Pinot Grigio has become the UK's white wine of choice. However you are probably unaware of the diverse styles of wine that it can make. Let us enlighten you.
